DRIED DOUGH FOR DISTRIBUTOR OR TUNDISH
Tundish is a high alkaline refractory material technology, formless and it is easy to install. It Is replacing the lining from the distributor. It is made of high-quality magnesite with the addition of a binding agent and is manufactured through a strict production process. Once installed, the smooth surface helps prevent inclusions from the distributor liner from entering the molten steel. Due to its waterless application method, the preheating time is considerably
reduced.
COAL MAGNESITE BRICK

AUTOFLOW CASTABLES
The products have been recognized as the fourth generation castable, which can be applied in all applications where low-cement, ultra-low-cement and cement-free castable are applied.
Corundum based SFC is suitable for bucket bottom, around seat block, EAF roof gap fitting. Both mullite-based and alumina-based SFCs can be applied for permanent coating of ladles and troughs. SFC can also be installed per machine.
POROUS PLUG
Monolithic purge lances are made of ultra-fine power and effective additive which enables them to be high strength, excellent thermal shock resistance, superior erosion and corrosion resistance. Monolithic purge lances can be applied for the upper purge system alone or together with the lower purge system, and obviously improve the casting efficiency and steel quality.
